Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya (Adults Only), Puerto Aventuras

Our stay had its ups and downs. The resort is beautiful with some great family-friendly features like pools and activities for kids. However, our experience was marred by room issues and an overwhelming dining atmosphere in one area. The adult side had a much better atmosphere, which made us wish we had access to that throughout our stay.

Our stay was quite enjoyable at this resort, with exceptionally friendly staff and a beautiful ocean view from our room. The clean and comfortable accommodations made it feel like a great value, but the noise from slamming doors was quite disruptive. Dining options were mostly fantastic, especially Toro, but some drinks were a bit watered down. Overall, while we had a lovely time, the door issue needs addressing for a return visit.

This hotel is perfect for active families, offering a variety of fun activities for kids and adults alike, including a waterpark and multiple sports options. The rooms are spacious enough for families, but some features like the bathtub in the kids' room might feel a bit odd for older children. While the staff are extremely friendly and engaging, the location of the beach could be improved, as it’s a bit calm for those who enjoy waves.

We had an incredible time at the hotel, which had a fantastic array of activities that kept the whole family entertained. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive service that made us feel valued. On the downside, the dining options were sometimes affected by the crowd, leading to longer wait times. However, the overall experience was great, and we can't wait to return!

We just had an incredible family vacation at Hard Rock Riviera Maya! With an abundance of activities for our busy teenagers, from snorkeling to zip-lining, we never experienced a dull moment. The service was outstanding, especially our butler Edgar, who ensured our experience was seamless. One minor downside was our initial room location, but Edgar quickly rectified that. Overall, this resort offers excellent value for families looking for fun and relaxation.
